Our Dental ServicesOffice PoliciesText Box: Financial Policy: For our patients with dental insurance, we will assist you by filing your dental insurance claims electronically on the date of your dental visit. Our computer software allows us to estimate your portion due for services completed, and we ask that you pay your estimated balance due at the time of your visit. We accept most major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and Discover). For longer term, interest free or low interest financing, we accept Care Credit. We will gladly assist you with payment options to ensure that your dental treatment is affordable.
Text Box: Appointment Policy: Our office respects your time. We reserve the appropriate amount of time just for you, and we make every effort to see you on schedule. In return, we require that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment. If you fail to keep an appointment, or cancel without sufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge your account a fee consistent with the type and length of your scheduled dental visit.
Your First Visit

Your first visit with us is the most important.  It will give you and Dr. Jefferson a chance to learn all about what’s going on for you dentally.  Plan on up to two hours for this visit, so we can make sure we have the time to cover everything that is important to you.

We’ll perform a thorough examination and Dr. Jefferson will recommend any diagnostic tools he feels will be helpful.  Once he has completed the exam, he will be able to help you choose the treatment that is right for you, including your first visit with our hygienist.
